Returns & Exchanges

All Indigo Handz pieces are hand-dyed using the natural fermentation method. Slight variations in shade or texture are natural characteristics of the craft.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 14 days.
• Custom-made items are generally non-returnable except for defects.

Defects or Damage

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
